Because he's now the PM and in possibly the most challenging times in 60yrs. I'd prefer him at this point than almost anyone. Who do you think would be better at leading in this critical moment?

There's a balance. Kneejerk reactions are unhelpful. Taking too long to weigh things up can mean you miss the moment and make yourself irrelevant. You need to be diplomatic, without being craven. On both measures, I think Starmer is getting the balance wrong. All we can do is see what he does next.

Don't disagree. Sunday is of utmost importance as is what his/our Govt's position is stated to be immediately afterwards.
