I wouldnt be. Blocking is for that MAN to not see me as I was living before he decided he wanted me. As long as he leaves me in peace 😅 I'm not interested, so there's no attachment to him, nor do I care to collect admirers.

There's a lot to unpack with that. Ngl I'd think unfollowing/blocking is a tiny bit odd. But I also respect whatever boundary the person needs to feel better. And it beats being bothered by someone I don't have a romantic interest in lol

I get the part where it would be odd but check this. Why would you want to continue seeing someone on your feed who you had in mind that you wanted to speak to and they said no. Like imagine continuing to see that person pop up on your feed ever so often lol

Like I said, they absolutely got it. But I think what I'd find strange is how conditional knowing me was for them. I think it also depends on how they're shot down. I completely understand the motivation but I still think it's telling.
