Much needed therapy session this morning. Still pretty hypomanic. I need guidance on what to do about my meds, they're helping with my pain but because I missed the stabilizing med for a few days I think I may have fucked up the dose increase 😅😅😭😭 I'm gonna see if she thinks I should see my doctor.
