Fees can’t touch her, because abortion is a State’s rights issue, and she had no direct contact with the person that bought the pills.

Sure they can. My brother-in-law got held by CPB for a 20-year-old warrant from Twin Falls, ID. Any federal authority can hold you for a local warrant and even rendition you so long as the agency has a cooperation agreement.

Plus the patchwork of states she can and can’t safely go into with an indictment in LA is going to be complex and endlessly shifting. She won’t be able to enter most other countries, either. She’s gotta fight it.
