Pasta puttanesca but with dried salted sardine because I canβt afford the fancy canned anchovies. They have the same flavor profile but salted fish is a little more inconvenient. It does need to be soaked overnight so the flesh can dissolved as you fry it in olive oil. π½οΈπ
