Usually music or background noise of a tv show I can repeat by heart. If I go with an audiobook, it is almost always an autobiography narrated by the author, that way it feels more like they’re just telling a really long story.
Oh, and the MinnMax podcast if you’re into videogames.

Same here! I’m listening to Ross Gay’s “The Book of (More) Delights” because it’s reminding me of tiny little delightful things.

I listen to podcasts like Freakonomics, We Can Do Hard Things, and Radiolab.

And I listen to extremely angry screamy metal music when I need that catharsis.

What bands are you into? I’m currently obsessed with Periphery, Sleep Token, and Beartooth. Also love Polyphia, Bad Omens, Crosses, and always discovering new bands.

I haven't been keeping up with new stuff recently. I think the newest bands I like are 'Black Country, New Road' and 'black midi' (had to use quotes because they're both kinda odd names, lol) as for go-tos I love Black Sabbath, Tool, NIN, Mr. Bungle, Tomahawk... a lot of weird/heavy kinda stuff

I find the longest audiobooks possible. Usually historical fiction. I have also listened to the Count of Monte Cristo many times, such a good book.

I’ll have to check out the Stand for my next long haul. I’m going through Musashi right now. Before that, I listened through all 5 books of Clavell’s Asian Saga (Shogun etc), and those were 40+ hours each.
