It really does. A lot of music segments, like little music videos. The music is good but since those moments are more common this time around, the visual impact of those moments do not hit like the ones in the first season did

I think they are perfect, performs something only really this medium can excel at when needing to get a story beat across without dedicating a full slot to it.

It does. The reason is likely because Riot was cutting budgets. They outright said they were this year but its likely they started trimming things down a year or two ago while S2 was in production

Yeah you're right. It's kinda neat, cause I could do something like this in a story I could do, but with how limited Arcane's episode number is, they could've used one per 3 episodes at most.

Agree! The MVs at the beginning of each episode are fun but like…give off montage-for-budget-constraint vibes imo

I don’t mind a few but one each episode feels a bit much
