Probably a dumb question, but I've been struggling to transition the physical medium skills to Procreate (used PS ages ago), how are you starting your perspective guidelines?

Because I've been taking a (plastic) ruler to my iPad and I assume there's a better way.

Not dumb at all! But here, once you know this is here it’s very eady to use and set up. Just tap the canvas to plot you LOS down and then tap other points to make 2, 3 point etc perspective !

Drawing assist turned on will snap your pencil lines to the guides. I turn it off/dont turn it on

If you want to do a warped perspective while still using your perspective guide, yo ucan screen shot it on a blank background, import it as your background layer, and then warp/free transform it

I HAVE used the drawing assist on (for the ruler effect) for a few things but only here and there
