yeah, it's a thing people like to scapegoat, and i'm not a fan of airbnb either, but like, the answer to it is to build more. you can't hoard something if there's too much of it, and the market won't support infinity airbnbs
Yeah agreed. Hell, the last complex we were at had 6 to 10 apartments open at any given time (out of about 100) just because the turn over was so high.
