I do too. Sometimes I go on Instagram in the morning and listen to President Scheinbaum. It makes me both happy (and admittedly wistful) for what might have been. But, listening to President Scheinbaum for some reason helps me (a strong joyful caring leader). BTW followed you.

I think it's going to take a long time for us to elect a female president. The Me Too movement and so many gains women made are just being demolished by Trump and MAGA. 🤬
Absurd isn't it? Both major candidates for election in Mexico were women. And, somehow we can't elect a woman in the US. So many gains but they are all gone into the misogynistic swamp of Magatlandia.
Imagine what our country could have been with Kamala as our President. I think the best word to describe what could have been is "Normal." I can't imagine what the next 4 (or more) years will bring us...nothing but pain, for sure.
cool, i was in the area till 2000. used to have season tix at 3 rivers, pirates and steelers, went to a lot of pens games too. had a good bit of fun around there in the 90s that i can remember. ever heard of jamboree in the hills? that's where i lived. across the river and up the mt from wheeling.
Wasn't Jamboree in the Hills a music festival in Ohio? We lived in Squirrel Hill and then Shadyside in Pittsburgh. And Three Rivers Stadium... we watched the Steelers lose to the Broncos when I was 9 months pregnant. lol Oh, the fun! I still like the Penguins, not much of a Steelers fan though.
yup, closest thing to original woodstock, huge camp out week long concert/festival. willie nelson used to close it for years. in st.clairville ohio, i lived in washington pa for a while n had relatives in bethel park, upper st clair n mt lebanon. i still got a tix stub from before lemieux pens game

How the hell did ANYONE ever think #FelonTrump was a better choice to lead the Nation? Not only was Kamala clearly the better candidate, but she is infinitely a better human. I like a POTUS with intelligence, strength, and empathy!

OK, I’m gonna say something you’re not gonna like but her laughter. Her joy is what got her where she is now. Majority of this country prefer hate which is bad but they went and they voted and the people that should’ve voted for joy stayed home.

Me too. Kamala is such a happy, grounded person, and Trump is always angry and scowling. Our country SHOULD be getting ready to celebrate HER inauguration. Instead, Musk, along with Russian and Iranian hackers, stole the election…and nothing is being done about it.
Every single day I think about what we could have had. It’s starting to break me. The barrage of “breaking news” with the gross pile of goo is already too much and we haven’t even started. FML
