for pollinators u want a variety of stuff thats gonna bloom from spring til winter. the drought tolerant part takes a lil research into ur soil conditions but it’s totally doable

Oh sorry. My point was that this is a sign of how wonderful and thoughtful you are as a person. I think that caring for nature and your home is a wonderful thing and I think I lost some of that in the attempt to be pithy.

oh!! & i keep a few little bug hotels with my kid in the garden for the native solitary bees, which actually pollinate way more than any other kinda bees !!!
