This morning I was explaining to someone that a lot of these “DEI” efforts were from law suits in the 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, recent memory. Not ancient history.
But they want to reverse 1800s SCOTUS.
They will point to Oprah or some 3 famous people as “don’t need DEI programs anymore. Oprah is rich.”
Actually they cut some of the talent development programs after the strikes.
