Where is this reported? Shocking if true. Times when demand is highest will be times when the wholesale price is high too. At 22p/kWh nobody will take part and this will increase the likelihood of blackouts.

Yeah I won't get much family buy in if this happens. Happily, we lost Radcliff on Soar Coal power station recently, which is close to us. I feel we should be promoting saver sessions more not less this winter.
