What a fucking disgrace. If there’s evidence that he provided material support to Hamas, then the NYPD can arrest him and give him due process, and the DA can make their case to a jury of his peers.

If there’s no evidence he did that, then his speech was protected, however awful it may have been.

What the government is doing is an attack on the fundamental freedom of all Americans and while I vehemently oppose the protests that this man organized and engaged in, the fact that the ADL supports what this regime has done to him is a complete abdication of both their mission, and their duty.

Ending this post with "everything must be done in accordance with the law" is bad enough for a social justice organization, as though bigotry could never be codified in the legal system.
