Prices of home building materials were going to increase just with the fire rebuilding demand. Now with tariffs, prices are going to crush new builds. How are we going to ever have affordable housing?

Gas, another $25 or so. This will impact energy prices and, from there, ripple into every US made product driving inflation even further.

The Forex market knows this, which is why the $ has gained strength while the stock markets fell...

Inflation means the Fed will raise interest rates again.
