When I was diagnosed with M.E in my teens, a doctor suggested I do an activity like Horse riding - I thought that was absurd enough but a surf course abroad is even more ridiculous. I don't know what goes on in the minds of some of these doctors!
That really was absurd enough! And harmfull, especially for a teen 😕
The strange thing is that she is really kind, understanding ans helpfull. I still can’t grab how on earth she came to think forwarding this was a good idea 🤷♀️
