If you are an entity that is so powerful that it is capable of changing the cosmos... the question stops being "Does she deserve to come back?" and becomes "what consequences could its return bring?"
It depends given her stance on the concept of life, she'd probably either continue to ignore the sentient life forms living on her planets, or she'd go full scorched universe and try to erase most, if not all sentient life forms from the Milky Way Galaxy, likely only sparing plants and fungi
She deserves to come back in my opinion.
This is because she'll stop the starsprites from going extinct, might be able to stop Blackhole (I don't know how that could happen considering the fact that he killed her but who knows) and fix other problems in the universe.

Another thing to resolve is the purpose of Blackhole, Is he doing this out of spite, or is it because Galaxy wanted it that way?
