Is it Chrome, or am I doing something dumb? I can't seem to open network conditions in DevTools - I tried on multiple sites. Is there another way to change the user agent? It's gotten to the point where I've had to email Sara Moccand-Sayegh to double that I'm trying the right setting. - ThreadSky

Try opening devtools and then Cmd + Shift + P and type in "user agent" - that should give you a jump link to the network conditions in the devtools drawer

I often find things stop working as you woudl expect when there is an update available. My guess is that if you have automatic updates on then somethings get changed in the background but it needs a restart. Whihc means all the apples are now oranges and somethings don't work.
