I think the turnout in that constituency was higher than the rest of the country also. He got the vote out

that's not the case - turnout is low just over 52% - lowest than several other Dublin constituencies https://www.thejournal.ie/section/ge24/constituency/97/ *and highest number of Mary Lou surplus went to Hutch

Just had a look at the 2020 turnout and it was 51.18 so slightly higher than 2020

not much - and Dublin Central is much lower than neighbouring constituencies - so certainly not 'higher than rest of country' - there is a SF vote that's been loant to Hutch.
