The biggest problem will be that after a year or two average people will forget which of the big firms did what. There's so many firms with so many different names that it's hard to keep track of which ones are ethical and which ones aren't.

Professor, i fear you have too narrow, too limited a definition of the practice. Many of the most skilled and innovative lawyers are not at big firms, incl. many of us “BF” vet’s. Much of the best and most innovative work isn’t BF.
