I’ve spent this weekend trying to make a port of the date command from unix. Using AI and prodding it’s getting there. Will be like adate date=‘any format’ (set) or adate format=‘unix date formatting’ and adate epoch=posixtime - time zones might not be possible without lib support - ThreadSky

The only problem I have is the Amiga Epoch date is 1978-1-1 and unix is 1970-1-1 - easiest would be to ignore dates before 1978 and work up only. Anything in the lower epoch would be shown as 1978. Trying however to work around this 32bit int

If you need any more feature of it ported over just give me a shout. Think file date check might be handy and more natural words - just getting it working took so long.
