I haven't done a lot of international travel, just Japan and Canada, but it seems like in those places at least, the culture of "mind your business" and "don't bother to strangers" seems stronger than any impulse to say anything. The only people who were ever rude to me were Americans and Germans.
I hear you with the overweight part - this new health trend I think will stick because I’m too scared not to lose weight this time. Need to blend as much as possible, now more than ever!
Ah yeah I get nervous about that all the time and just figure they’ll be overwhelmed and not know what to focus on for ridicule so will miss their chance. 🤣
Not sure where you're going but as a trans woman with a similar profile (broad and 5'11") who has visited Malmo twice I had no trouble but Swedes did tend to stare
That said Swedish women are relatively tall so that's nice
Sadly there’s bad people everywhere but hopefully you will have an enjoyable time in whatever country you travel to.
The Scandinavian people I’ve met have always been pretty decent to be fair. Good luck.

I was actually surprised there was pro trans rights graffiti outside of my hotel in Prague.
