The point wasn’t that there were arguments made with merit, it’s that an entire class was condemned based on animus. The judge is basically saying, “perhaps this argument could be made, but you’re not even doing that. It’s only pure bias”

I don't consider myself immensely proud of being an imperial stormtrooper once upon a time, but idk how anyone could say my 13 years in the Marines was not valued.

Obviously the Marines didn't think so - it's why they kept me for so long.

Will be interesting to see if the network press and NYT even cover it for what it is. Another example of pure animus, dehumanization and discrimination against a distinct group of 1M+ transgender citizens. With the purpose of erasure to satisfy their dystopian religious fetish.

I had a 80 person engineering department on a Navy ship. The only things I cared about were could you do your job. Could you support your fellow sailors and you didn’t make extra paperwork for me.
