Do you plan to make sendou ink a downloadable app for the App-/Google Play Store? Would be pretty neat I think.

Not currently but in the meanwhile you can add it to your home screen and it will function in some ways like an app (separate window from your browser + no browser UI shown, depends on your platform tho)

The situation with web push notifications is still a bit all over the place. For example for iOS you need to add the app to the home screen (PWA) to be able to use them. But in theory it should allow you to receive notifs even when sendou ink is closed.

Right now I don't need bug reports about the push notifications not working because I'm aware just trying to learn what are the differences between my local dev environment and production deployment. But you are free to try it out of course.
