Thats likely amanita muscaria. Lots of red cap white spotted shrooms out there, but i don't think Psilocybin is one of em (only ever seen it dried and im not a professional in that arena). Muscaria comes in gummy form now, legal everywhere but Louisiana. Not a fan, just got a bit nauseated.
