Also, willful ignorance with a lack of common sense. They obv thought they could get or use that💰 elsewhere, so damn the consequences! They'd gotten lucky & now 70 ppl have died due to their negligence. Sadly.

for funding not pass? It looks like it did. I’m still not clear on cause and effect. Was there something else that happened that that allowed him to cut funding. All those didn’t vote in favor now in places of power like Governor etc- that is disturbing and dangerous
