That has always been their MO. The problem with this takeover (other than being completely unconstitutional), is that we all agree places like the VA dept need fixing. But powers split us on how. The VA has had multiple issues and left vets behind. But, gutting it isn't going to fix anything.

VA has essentially been in a hiring freeze for something like 2 years and all new hires are desperately needed. VA hires many veterans. We are now going to have to wake up tomorrow to find out who got terminated. This is egregiously nasty and beyond bullshit propaganda.
