There is a small chance I still have to code. It’s 22 year old work. Even if I had the code it won’t work; the lisp-to-windows-API bindings I wrote from scratch are obsolete

Cat’s out of bag. It’s not on arXiv because arXiv wasn’t a big deal 22 years ago when I was working on agents that navigated desktops.

We used a very basic vision system operating on pixel-level input and the ACT-R cognitive architecture that learned how to find and use UI operations
