It gets colder as the months progress. Atlantic sea temp is 10.5 degrees here but we still go in once a week. So worth it for mind, body and soul. Swims get shorter but the buzz is still amazing

It is definitely the post swim feeling. I guess somewhat similar to the ice bath which is somehow becoming more common. Not or me though. I'm happy to have an outdoor shower in winter. The zing of the air on the body is wonderful.
