Foreign scammers are so effective at siphoning money from Russians that Putin has ordered the FSB to develop a counteraction plan. In 2024 alone, scammers stole nearly $2 billion from Russians.

I think Ukraine should issue a modern version of the "letter of marque" allowing the holder of the letter to steal whatever they can from Russian sources without any risk of consequences later.
Is this true or is it a reverse truth, where many Russians are sucking donations from the West and now a lockdown on the internet is being set up to better manipulate the people, because the news from the front are shit only?
And by « foreign scammers » do we mean Ukrainians?? 😁 That’s just one consequence of russians forcing their language on their neighbours! Tough luck orcs!
One of my favs of how AFU used their mastery of russian was when they stormed a dugout with ruzzian soldiers yelling « Ukrainians - surrender yourselves ». The orcs: « we’re friendlies ». AFU: « come out with your hands up and we’ll check your documents » The POW exchange fund was thus replenished!
Another was 6 months ago when the AFU stormed Kursk. After taking one town, they called officials in the next town on the line and passing themselves as ruzzian military, ordered them to evacuate. Soon after they easily took over that town too!
What are your fav. stories of AFU turning the tables?
The Kremlin continues to build an "iron curtain," now in the communications sphere. Clearly, under the pretext of fighting fraud, censorship and control over communications may be tightened.
