The problem is not in pipelines, the problem is that ZSU command in Kursk oblast' has not learned from the siege of Avdiivka. Russians have repeated the same ruse with an identical effect. If ZSU even minimally monitored the pipeline, they could fry Russians inside easily. But they didn't.
