Perhaps, but unfortunately the political center and left looses. It's a fight I am not prepared to undertake lightly. Convictions and values are worth fighting for well past any leader.
I feel you're right and I don't want to admit it either Capt. The state of the world, every election at this point is the need/desire/push for change. The same ol politics isn't fixing our problems. The fact that change isn't always the answer is what will make it worse.
Yeah. It is. All good though. I think change can be a good thing! Might not like the next guy, but policy shift can help the country reset and chart a better path forward.
At least I feel better knowing all those F*ck Trudeau flags and bumper stickers are likely going to disappear…what would those losers do with themselves?
Their only chance is for Trudeau to resign. They might have enough runway left before the election to somewhat rebrand themselves and give Canadians a palatable alternative to Poilievre and his minions.
Even this is a Hail Mary. I don’t see a scenario where any LPC candidate can win an election in less than 12 months. Hopefully Pierre comes to the centre a bit and stops acting like a jerk.

Poilievre has been acting like a jerk since the start of his career. He is who he is.
this is an opportunity to bring in new ideas.
