Okay, seriously, word of general advice: if you say "i'm miserable and I need to take a break from social media", *actually take that break*. Because it really does helps you gain perspective on the fact that it's just numbers on a screen, man.

My hot take is that if you announce you're taking a break, I am not going to believe you. I can only believe in suddenly vanishing for about 4 months and then coming back like nothing happened and posting again
So tired of seeing artists tweet and complain like literally several times a month if not a dozen times a week, and then be like "I'm just gonna nuke my twitter and go dark" and then come back 12 hours later like "guys I should make a new OC" bro go take a nap the social media addiction is winning
I feel that. One of my favourite artists is on an indefinite hiatus, and I'm sad that I'm not getting more content from them, but I'm happy that they decided to put their mental health first and hope they feel better.
