So it wasn’t really that surprising that the Queen of Everything Granger ditched him after less than a year of dating. But at least even his least remarkable uncle saw the absolute diamond Her Majesty Granger was and tried to secure her.

But Albus realised that this was just another thing he and his dad just wouldn’t relate on.
Maybe there we’re upsides to his father not having any sense or game, because if Hermione was his mother his thoughts about her would be highly frowned upon.
Albus looked outside at noticed Hermione struggling with a bunch of drinks, so he hurried outside and offered his help. She thanked him and told him to move a case of beers to one side and left to go back inside to check on the food.
He stared longingly after her, and caught Scorp glaring at him.

“Stop staring at my Mother!”
He hadn’t realised that he’d unconsciously been staring at Hermione’s angelic form. She was puttering about outside setting the table.
“What is she doing? Are you guys having people over for dinner and I’m unintentionally crashing?”
Scorpius let out a loud sigh and said, “My sister is coming home from Beaxbatons today, it’s she graduated last week.”
Albus stared at his best mate confused.
“For salazar’s sake! My little sister Lyra?! She’s 18 and kind of looks like mum but with lighter colouring?
“Of course I know you have a sister, I just forget about her because she chose that french school. Plus I thought she was 12”
Scorpius scoffed “Unbelievable”
He stared longingly after her, and caught Scorp glaring at him.
A slow smile spread across Albus’ face as he stuck Scorp’s feet to the floor and approached him with opened arms.
“Don’t you dare hug me you heathen!”
