As I understand it, the ruling stops gender affirming care and I don't particularly care for that, but if I'm wrong and they have done surgeries on minors, I'm against that. Gosh, you're touchy. I supported vaccines because I was looking after my elderly mother. No one who wasn't vaccinated was allowed anywhere near us. That made medical appointments problematic. Especially if medical personnel weren't vaccinated.

I don't like plastic surgery, generally, except in cases like severe burns. I think lipo and augmentations are disgusting and especially bad for women.

Puberty blockers aren't surgery. These are drugs that postpone puberty to give a child time to figure out what they want. It's much much easier to transition when they become adults if that's what they choose to do as an adult.

Correction. Something like a top surgery may be done prior to going to university, for example. So, someone close to the age of majority may on occasion have surgery.

Surely that's a drop in the bucket compared to teens getting breast augmentation and other plastic surgeries.
