I have heard this idea presented as adult bakaries instead of bars. It's brilliant as long as a nice mellow coffee and a variety of teas are served as well. Holy cow! We just invented Dunkin Donuts!!!

Its possible but its not sustainable...bakery workers are around at 4 am for a reason. 2nd and 3rd shift workers would benefit but still the 9 to 5 myth actually holds true cause old folks who arent working and kids are also in the am. Majority population really ruins it for us late night workers.
