I know what you mean. But I can only hope that more humans find more places to be scary asf. We don't seem to be able to protect places for sensible reasons, so if people are just too scared to go there, good.

Mi’kmaq people have stories of spirits there. A woman who starved to death (nothing really edible on the island), and then during the winter of 1755/56, 400 Acadians hid from the British these and most of them died (again, cos, nothing really edible on the island)
