In Ontario we have a lot of farms who sell their locally-raised livestock and poultry, eggs, produce, preserves, etc. It’s a lot easier than most would think to buy local across our country. We’ve been buying this way for years only so we can know what’s going into our food

Not all of us have the ability to get out to the farm. Seniors who don’t drive. People/families who don’t have a means of transportation?
But while I’m here, I will give a shout out to the Produce Guyz in the London, ON area. I buy most of my groceries from them at great prices.
