Agreed. Closer-in travel likely not as affected as it will be for > 90 days. Close-in (winter/March Break) has cancellation penalties that could be thousands of dollars. Likely many still travelling if they would have to pay penalties. Cancellation insurance won’t cover “idiot in the White House”
