We are pretty chill in Canada - and we have great weed and its legal - and universal health care. I think they feel a bit alone out there in Alaska and rarely come up in conversation except by us.They are at risk the most to Russian troops/navy - they are really vulnerable to that. #InTheFight

Around 65% of Alaskans are have guns, not including any military. They aren't totally vulnerate. The 2019 RCMP Commissioner of Firearms report states only around 6% of BC residents have their PAL (I'm not finding a like-for-like % of gun ownership comparison). They're better armed than us.

We are quite well armed in Canada. Actually, I think we may have more guns than you do. We have rules around acquisition and use of firearms and ammunition. Lots of people object to the regulation - especially of long guns. People really underestimate us in this regard I think. Lots of bow hunting

I'm Canadian- from BC. That's why I said 'they'. We have a fair amount of guns, but I wouldn't say in BC specifically we have around 60% more that don't have their PAL to compare to Alaska. I was more-so commenting that they are SUPER vulnerable up there, they would have a pretty fearsome militia.
