And that's in no small part to buy new weapons to replace old ones donated. Some of the most effective weapons Ukraine has put to use have literally been "expired" and were to be replaced anyhow.

Thank you. Old Iraq war era weapons donated to them. Replaced with more modern era weapons we can use against China. Creating or maintains jobs in American defense contractors.
