There has been only one incident since September where Ofsted has paused an inspection over safeguarding.

He adds that Ofsted is looking at "signposting where leaders can get support" in the future.
They carried out the inspection as per the framework, Oliver said - "it's Ofsted's responsibility, not the responsibility of that individual".
