Back in my day if you forgot your homework the teachers would send you into the flooded sub levels.
But for real tho my middle school actually had a flooded sub level that nobody was allowed in because of the mold and there was just random trapdoors to it all around the first floor of the school.
back in my day the flooded sublevels were filled with blood and black growth and looking within for too long would make your head hurt, kids these days.
