Great article! This part in particular gave me hope. Also hadn’t realized overturning Chevron will actually help. Trump has pulled off a neat trick of disempowering most of his own branch of government as “the deep state” but creating superpowers for himself and just the parts he likes. Won’t fly.

Sorry, but we have to stay grounded in the reality at hand. When any of this gets to SCOTUS, they'll immediately bend the knee to whatever the regime wants. Clinging to norms and precedent will only make people unprepared for whats to come.
