More time consuming making thoughts stick with you longer and allows you to be more intentional with words than typing into mentions
For me, there's also something about seeing what I've journaled over a two page spread. I've tried journaling with an e-ink tablet and it only shows one page at a time. That makes a difference for me.
I absolutely do not like using electronic devices for writing or reading books because the heft of the materials is inadequate and not the same
I think a lot about how when we sleep each night, we have that break in consciousness and a good journal helps tie those gaps.
