The one that blows me away is the NOAA Satellite Operations Facility (NSOF). It's an 18-year-old building that houses the control centers for all US civilian weather satellites - a vast amount of sophisticated equipment. What is the alternative?

Couldn't the Democrats publicly and loudly state they will use eminent domain to retake any such properties that are sold should they ever regain power? This might make them harder to sell. It might also provide some legal weight to any future effort to retake the property(I'm not a lawyer tho).
