Listening to NATO’s Mark Rutte on the US concerns regarding the overall contributions of other NATO members to Ukraine’s defence and to NATO budget in general. I take the point, but still see no justification for Trump ceding negotiation position to Putin or Rutte’s lack of condemnation of him.
