This is a really good way to phrase it. And I don’t really know what the answer is. People calling for his job are objectively wrong. But all tactics, no strategy is not sustainable. Not being able to pivot and adjust is not sustainable.
Yep. He's not a bad coach. But he was the head coach of a team this year that played like a poorly coached team at the end of the season. His seat will get warmer next year if Love doesn't show progression.

I think it’s time to implement an entirely new playbook under a new OC that has had nothing to do with Rodgers. There are so, so, so many plays that have been run for years.
He’s very clearly a bad head coach and it doesn’t seem like he is an effective coordinator anymore even. I think given how bad the league is in general you really have to throw out any performance again non contenders and he fails miserably there.
