I really wanted to get mastodon to work for me but so tricky to find people. Bluesky is more fun but I guess it’s a compromise/balance thing…

I agree. Bluesky is like come for the users, stay for the decentralisation. Mastodon are nostr are like come for the decentralisation, stay for decentralisation.

Wishfull thinking. I believe most of the Bluesky people won’t stay for the decentralisation.
What matters eventually is that people stay for the people. Without a middleman.
