In short, we verify the claims and take action upon verification.
We checked the website and they have no active social media presence.
We looked at one of the lawyers and passed their image to Google lens.
Exact image points to a Generated dot photos page.
1. Why are you claiming a photo that's posted on Unsplash?
2. Why are you asking us to link back to pro-AI slop in a hostile manner?
3. Why are you asking us to check the Internet Archive? (when it's on Read-only mode)
5. "Simply deleting the image will not suffice" but you didn't offer other legal amends!
6. Why claim a photo that's posted on Unsplash and is under the Unsplash License?

It's now easier to buy domain and hosting, and then set up a webmail inbox there.
So it's now also easier to fool others while posing as a legit brand.
However, we saw the email and it wanted to provoke us out of panic. Nope.
On the other hand, this is a legit DMCA request sent to Google and recorded by Lumen.
The claim mentions a screencap of Ironmouse. The story was about her nomination in The Streamer Awards 2024.
We filed a response under the ground of fair use.
